Fabulous slippers, good quality and long lasting. Excellent customer service and speedy delivery

The slippers do 'what it says on the packet,' and all of the glowing reviews are justified, in my opinion. The sale price made it even better if that was possible. Definitely worth a try. I'll be returning, at some point, to buy more cosy slippers from Bedroom Athletics. You get a big thumbs up from this customer.

What happened to actually speaking to people instead of trying to get replies through email

I am still awaiting the arrival of an item ordered on 26/12/22. I have contacted Customer Services twice, and so far have received only one auto reply.

Slippers were fantastic and arrived very quickly. Bought slippers for all the family direct from the online shop and very happy with the quality and price. Very lucky to have caught them in the winter sale.

Dressing gown bought for a Christmas present for my Wifehas a faulty seam which has resulted in a hole in it in less than 4 weeks of use. I would have expected more for the price paid.

Have received two pairs of slippers which are both faulty but have only been sent one pre-paid return and despite two emails, can't get a response from them to send the second

I ordered slipper after Christmas in their sale 27/12/22, but sadly they never arrived. Iv heard nothing from them!
I had purchased two pairs of slippers before Christmas n received them with a few days/a week! Iv contacted the Bedroom athletics n they say they are on the way?

My order was late and when I chased them they said its on its way, just the postal strike might have held it up a bit. That I can accept, not their fault
But
I gave them another week and chased - They did not reply
Another week - Still no reply
2 weeks later and I still dont have my order, but they are not replying to email or web chat.

Order never came!

I ordered in late December, in time for birthdays in Jan/Feb, come early January, nothing had come. I contacted Royal Mail who had confirmed that nothing had come in and they were waiting to accept it.

Bedroom Athletics kept blaming Royal Mail and told me to keep waiting. They offered me a refund but I wanted my items and requested another order, which I was told was then out of stock.

I am now awaiting my refund but am left without my order and disappointed.

I ordered a pair of boot slippers, unfortunately there was a problem with delivery by Royal Mail, given the time of year I ordered and the Royal Mail strikes I did anticipate having to wait a little while for the slippers to arrive, unfortunately they still haven't arrived so I spoke with both Martin & Declan who were both extremely helpful and another pair was despatched very quickly to me, these I received on Saturday, lovely boot slippers and well worth the wait, since buying my first pair 5 years ago from Bedroom Athletics I'm hooked and this is the first time I've ever had any issues with delivery, all down to Royal mail I have no doubt. Excellent product and Excellent customer service. THANK YOU

I never received my order and have tried to contact bedroom athletics and have had no response. I haven’t had any update on where my order is or if it is even still coming. I haven’t had a refund or anything. So disappointed as I’d heard good things about this brand. Ordered slippers on the 29th of December, it’s now 13th January and I’ve had no response from the company at all.
Where is my order ?!

Ordered slippers on the 26 of December 2022,it's now the 12 th of January 2023 and I still haven't received the product.plus no explanation from bedroom athletic why the product has not been delivered a reply to my email would be nice

Terrible company! Have been waiting over 2 weeks for a dressing gown that is stuck on the same delivery status. I understand there is a postal strike on but I've sent 2 emails and a live chat message and had no response. Customer service is everything nowadays and clearly there is none here. Still waiting on the dressing gown or a refund.

Sorry to say I have not received my order yet! Order placed 27/12/22. Whilst I don’t believe this is Bedroom Athletics fault, and most likely due to RM losing my package, or the current RM strikes, I’m really disappointed. Customer Service from yourselves has, however, been great, and Declan has assisted with trying to locate my parcel, also kindly refunding the P&P as a goodwill gesture, and offering the choice of full refund or re-sending my order.
